Order Fulfilment & Print-On-Demand

Many of our products are made to order. This means:

Your item is created especially for you after you place your order.
We don’t hold stock. Each piece is printed, stitched or embroidered to order.

Because of this:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, colour or change-of-mind issues. Please choose your item carefully.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they go into production (often within hours of placing the order).
If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, we will replace it, no fuss. Please send clear photos of the issue to orders@morriganvex.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please double-check your sizing, colour, and design choices before you purchase. Once production begins, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and product type. As a guide:

Fulfilment takes approximately 2–7 business days
Delivery times (after fulfilment) are typically:
- UK & Europe: 3–10 business days
- US & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive email confirmation with tracking information when your item ships.

Please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders, and follow the tracking to stay updated.

It’s your responsibility to:

Track your parcel
Be available to receive it
Respond to any attempted deliveries or collection instructions from your local carrier

We are not responsible for:

Missed deliveries
Delays due to inaction on your part
Items returned due to lack of response to delivery attempts

If you’re ordering for a deadline or event, let us know, we’ll always do our best to support.
But if you miss a delivery or delay a response, that may impact how quickly we can help resolve it.

We will never leave you hanging, but we ask that you stay engaged with your tracking to avoid issues.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country, you may be charged customs fees or import duties. These are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer. Morrigan Vex are not responsible for these additional charges.

All designs, logos, slogans, graphics, product descriptions, and text on this website are the property of Media8, unless otherwise credited.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

Your item is misprinted
It arrives damaged
You receive the wrong item

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photo evidence. We’ll either offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for:

Wrong size or colour ordered
“Change of mind”
Delays due to customs or postal services

Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
